Is the router really free?

Yes. We provide, manage, and maintain all equipment. Regardless of the service plan, we will install all the necessary equipment and fibre cabling including a broadband router.

Do I have to sign any long term contracts?

We provide you with the option of 12, 24 or 36-month contract terms.

Do you have capped packages?

We do not. We only offer uncapped packages.

When does my debit order go off?

Debit order payments are done on the 1st of every month.
